Malassezia Intestinal Brooming Diet -MQ

                      K1- “diet for malissezia”

I am Always cautious in declaring Results as Positive or Negative
always allowing enough testing time, observing closely
and checking while maintaining consistency of conditions
for certainty and more reliable results.

During the Past Year i have been trialling
what was intended to be a Three Month Testing of a
New “Targeting Intestinal Brooming” Diet Experiment.

For Diet Experiment Entries, see :

144- Malassezia-Best Ways to Reduce in the Intestines P1                                             145- Malassezia-Best Ways to Reduce in the Intestines P2

2- Reduced Hydration compared to my  ‘All Raw Fruit/Veggie’ Regular
Corrected by Adding Raw Fruit/Veggies in Second Meal
 Dropping Sunflower Seeds
due to indications of been treated with chemicals
producing allergenic symptoms to Both Myself and Husband.
Replaced (testing) Minimal quantity of Pine nuts.

(1*) My Diet is Personalised to my Needs and Condition
and Adapted to provide Optimal Benefits to my Own Body
– Structured around and Restricted by Limitations and Intolerances
Imposed as a Result of a Decade Long Term Antibiotic Treatment.
It is therefore Not Recommended for Long term implementation
but rather as a Guide of elements that can help Improve
Immunity and Control of the Malassezia Problem.

On the other hand: Adopting only Some of this Diet Elements
while Retaining Detrimental to general Health and Immunity
as well as Conducive to Malassezia Proliferation ones
Will Not prove as Effective or May Not work at All

Positives:
1- Hair and Nails (still) Growing – No breaks, no Slowing
Previously growth ended with end of Mango Season
2- Restoration of Hair Follicles
Hair growing anew in some previously bare areas
Not desirable but an indisputable sign of health
3- Overall Reduction of Presence and Activity
Strong Indication of Overall fluctuating Reduction
of Both, Yeast Presence and Activity
4- More frequent ‘Die Off’ recurrences
5- Regular frequent Elimination
Fewer enemas needed –if at all
6- Les Intestinal Gas and Bloating
7- Less and fewer incidents of Leg Jerking
8- More Quiet Restful Sleep at Night                                                                                      (finally back to a blessed normal 8 hours!)
9- Significant Reduction of Protective Substances
10- Less Regular Protective Maintenance
(Daily Cleanliness and General Hygiene remain Normal)

The Curcumin Testing:

Curcumin Extraction Methods

Consideration 1
Given the Chemical Extraction Solvents and Treatment Processes
of Commercial Curcumin,i do not believe for a moment that
arriving at destination point it is anything else but Absolutely Useless!
My Personal opinion and no hell or heaven can persuade me otherwise.

Consideration 2
The Negative impact on the Body of residue Chemical Solvents.

Consideration 3
* Quality, Potency and Bio-availability of Capsules.

There are many elements that can potentially render Curcumin’s
‘active’ therapeutic qualities and bioavailability ineffective

Bioavailability of Curcumin -MQ

In its Natural Bio-available state it is easier for the Body to utilise
and small quantity or potency can be far more effective
than something chemically processed that the body cannot utilise.
Nevertheless, for my Purposes i prefer the ‘Live Thing’
the way Nature provides it as part of … Raw unsalted Pumpkin Seeds!

(They too most likely are treated with some devils but at least they are
not Boiled, Cooked and turned upside down and ‘hung to dry! Lol! 🙂 )

               My Observations:
Several times throughout the 11 Month trial
i have come pretty-pretty close to declaring that it appears to Kill.
Guessing really by supporting follow  ‘Die Off’ signs
-and i am not talking about the strong Fishy smell of Pumpkin seeds
owed to their high content of its Beneficial Omega Oils.
As frequently though as i have arrived at this conclusion
i have found a day or two later those indications are in question.
Hard also to differentiate whether and when it is due
to the Overall High Fibre Brooming Intestinal Effect
or additionally to the Pumpkin Seed Curcumin content.
So, the closest and more reliable conclusion i have arrived at, so far
and can declare, is: It Seems to Be … Helpful!… 😀
I Cannot at this point fully Commit, either way, positive or negative
to anything more honest and specific than that.

Regarding the Brooming Diet Effect on Malassezia Cleansing
Resulting in Long-hours of Peace and Quiet
and Gradual – Steady Reduction of Presence and Activity
I have No doubt whatsoever it has prooved Successful.
and determined to Continue on – for as long as it Serves its Purpose.

Need i say more???…..

K2- “killing malassezia with natural food”

I have not found Any Foods, Herbs or Supplements
                 Killing Yeast Directly
or Any immediate Noticeable Change
nor Signs of Steady, Sustainable Changes

I have noticed some marked Differences
in Yeast Activity -in Overall Diet Quality,
such as

1- High or Low Hydrating Quality of Foods
2- Degree of Digestibility  (1)
3- Adequate amount of Fibre

(1) Depending on
a) Type of Ingredients (2)
b) Way of Processing  and Cooking (3)
c) Presence of Nutrients
– most importantly Live Enzymes Retained

Q1- “very tiny black thing comes in urine what is it”

Yep!… good question! what is it?

Q2- “is yeast morfellona”
Morfellona??? …A Medieval witch? … or heroine?…

K1- “the skin on my pubic area feels like its crawling”                                       Any skin, in any area ‘feels like crawling’ when it hears the word

Little Dark Devil -MQ

None of the above is a laughing matter – i know first hand
but seeing the funny side of things helps coping with the dreary.

So Let’s get some Help -MQ

Q1- “very tiny black thing comes in urine what is it”
Very hard to tell without viewing the very tiny black thing
and even if visible to the naked eye it would likely require
a Microscope and an Expert to tell.
I would take a Photo if possible, transfer it to the Computer
and Zoom it to see if there are any clues.

Q2- “is yeast morfellona”
May we assume this was typed on an iPhone
and meant to be Morgellons?
Well – No!- Yeast is Not Morgellons
– if one could tell what exactly Morgellons is-
but many symptoms ascribed to it are similar
if not identical to ones produced by Malassezia.

K1- “the skin on my pubic area feels like its crawling”
Crawiling is usually felt when Malassezia develops Hyphae
Often it digs into that place and starts drawing blood
and multiplying – but sometimes it just dries and dies.

K2- “genital sores that are purple and looks like flowers”
Not quite a desired kind of Flower arrangement…Lol!
Yes, it is several Blood Bubbles of incubating Malassezia
forming a Cluster which with an artistic imagination
can look like a Flower but with the potential to develop
open up and turn into Burning Fire…

Quick YES – NO Answers to Readers’ Questions

Quick YES – NO Answers to Readers’ Questions

Malassezia Q & As -MQ
A Brief Addressing of Previously Presented Issues

Q1- “can you get pityrosporum on your lips”
Q2- “crawling sensation around the rim of my lips with bruising”
YES, also on Eyebrows, Eyelashes, Nostrils etc
Basically the Entire Body -not just isolated areas- is its Planet.
Samples collected and viewed under 2 types of Microscopes
Display its Presence in all Different Stages and Characteristics.

Q3- “what causes labia prickling”
Malassezia does
But this does Not Exclude Numerous Other Possible Causes.
Prickling sensation is felt when it starts to Dig into the Skin.
In the Yeast form Temporary Reddening and Pain may follow
with no other symptoms. In the Hyphal Form it creates Lesions
that unless interrupted they remain Active and Reproducing
for approximately four weeks.

Q4- “is scalp yeast infection contagious”
YES, but all depends on the Individual’s Immune System
whether it becomes a problem or not – considering that
Malassezia is Present at All times on All People’s Bodies
but kept under control by a Normal Immune System.

Q5- “is melassezia contagiuos to other dogs”
Q6- “is malassezia contagious between pets”
I cannot answer this question with certainty
I only assume and extrapolate it might be similar to humans
i e Depending on the Animal’s Immunity Strength

Q7- “morgellons symptoms do they include matted hair”
This Question can only be Answered by those
who Name their Symptoms and Condition as ‘Morgellons’.
Morgellons -so far-is Not Medically Recognised
either as a Cause or Condition.
Malassezia causes Matted Hair
I Cut mine Regularly and Keep Short
to minimise Biofilm and Spore presence and accumulation.
I have written several Entries regarding Morgellons’
Possible Misdiagnosis or Connection with Malassezia
and Hair /Scalp Care in MB & MD Blogs

Q8- “why are parts of my vagina purple black”
Malassezia Symptom and Possible Cause
-Not excluding Other possibilities-
as it Burrows under the skin creating Blood Blisters
and drawing Blood for its Reproduction Requirements.

Q9-” is my trich due to Malassezia”
If by ‘Trich’ Reader means Trichotillomania
-What a Confusing term!- 😦
Malassezia is Considered to Cause or Contribute to it
as it causes Burning and Itching and a strong Urge to Pull the Hair
offering a sense of relief, something i experienced strongly
but briefly during a bad stage of Scalp Infestation
so i am only able to verify the Connection
but not to determine the Cause of Trichotillomania
as there have been other causes attributed to it
Of course when one goes to a Specialist with Malassezia
they come out with an ‘Its All in your Head/Nerves etc’ diagnosis
termed ‘Delusional Parasitosis’, so who knows…
Trichotillomania, may be a similar victim of Specialist ignorance
but in this case i might be too in regards to it
as i have not delved into any Scientific explanations about it.
I have written more and included info links about Trich
in the Parent MB and MD Blogs.

Q10-” is demodex slimy”
Q11-“can demodex leave scratch marks on skin”
I am not sure what are these questions specifically referring to
Q10- I am not sure what is the Reader specifically asking
-Slimy as having a Biofilm? – Slimy in itself ? – Slimy mess on Skin?
Demodex is not a Yeast and i don’t know if it creates Biofilm.
Some Photos on the Internet -if correctly diagnosed as Demodex-
indicate a local mass appearing as ‘Fatty’ or Slimy
but i have no personal experience on how it looks or feels.

Q11- Again, is the question referring to the equivalent of
Paper Scratch Marks of Malassezia – or General Scars?
From Internet Photos -if correctly diagnosed as Demodex-
the Bumps and Lesions appear similar
but i have No personal experience.
(More in Related earlies Demodex Entries)

Q12-“what does malasserzia feed on”
I have not found specific information regarding its ‘Food’
I have thought about this question a lot and in connection
with the only Information i have found in regards to it

Malassezia Composition1 MQ

The Purpose of Food /Feeding/Eating is to Build and Sustain a Body
– Specific to each creature. Creature ‘Eats’ – Body ‘Utilises’
If we Interpret the word ‘Uses’ as i have described above
then we can say it Requires these elements and the question then
is shifted to: How Does it Obtain them?
Many of the Questions asked by Readers can be answered
in a Number of Entries –Each dealing with the topic in Different ways
or from Different angles. That is why i have been saying that
if one is truly interested to know and not wanting quick shallow answers
has to devote time to Read through – Not ‘Scan’ through quickly…
This topic especially is one of them and so is the one below.

Q13- “foods that cause malasezzia yeasts”
I am not sure if any foods can ‘cause’ Malassezia
since it is Part of Natural Body Flora
but Some, such as Cooked Indigestible Fats, Refined Sugars, Alcohol
certainly contribute to its proliferation especially in combination with
other factors such as Constipation, Colon Congestion, Poor Fibre intake.
( More in Related Earlier Entries)

Q14-“can malassezia furfur affect the digestive system”
Although i have been Sceptical about its Survival in the Stomach
i have experienced a few incidents when my entire mouth has felt
coated with its specific strong smell and bitter-sour taste of its Biofilm
right down to the oesophagus and to a miserably sick stomach
that holds ‘slimy’ food for hours as if not knowing what to do with it.
As for the rest of the Digestive tract from the small to the large Intestines
and the Final part of the Internal Anal area, it thrives growing hyphae
and Utilising readily available Nutrients.
I don’t know how long or If it eventually survives the stomach juices
but for the rest of the digestive tract there is No Doubt in my mind
that Interferes and Robs, if not even Damaging the walls given a chance.
I have Published Sample Photos under Microscope showing hyphae
and Blood presence. (See Entries in Photo Analysis Category)

Q15- “where does malassezia come from”
Lol!…   An Evil …Stork brings them of course 😀

Stork

It appears the Answer might be:
‘It is Practically Everywhere’

Malasseia Ubiquitous 1

(You Didn’t think all these ‘Typos’ in R-Qs are mine Did you? TOC
Of course Not…  I announce mine especially – I just enjoy the Fun)

I intended ‘Quick YES – NO’ Answers but i found it impossible
due to the nature of some Questions to strictly do so.
I also intended to address only New Keywords or add new elements.
I find though that having already presented many Q Topics

throughout my Primary Blogs, this creates unnecessary extra work
so this is the end of addressing any Q Topic Repetitions.

Cells that work together to Rid the Body of Infection

Cells that work together to Rid the Body of Infection

Diet Health ad Immunity -MQ                                          “We all know that what we Eat
Significantly affects our overall Health and Immunity,”
“While there are other important regulators of immune system function,
The role Vitamins play is significant.
How this works on a molecular level is a growing field of study.”
                                                       Myung H. Kim

(Excerpt from: “Study finds Vitamin A directs immune cells to the intestines”)

In earlier work Kim found that vitamin A also regulates the migration of T-cells.
This is not the only vitamin known to regulate the migration of immune cells.
Vitamin D has been shown to work in a similar way to guide immune cells
to the skin, Kim said. Within the immune system there are
Two Categories of Cells that work together to Rid the Body of Infection:
1- Innate immune cells, the innate lymphoid cells and
2- Leukocytes that are fast acting and immediately present to eliminate infection;
3- and adaptive immune cells, the T-cells and B-cells that arrive later,
but are specific to the pathogen and more effective at killing or neutralizing it.
All innate immune cells are produced in the bone marrow,
but eventually populate other areas of the body.
Innate lymphoid cells, which include the group studied by Kim,
are present in barrier tissues.
While it is known that innate lymphoid cells are concentrated in the intestines,
it has not been known how these cells find their way there, Kim said.
Innate lymphoid cells first gather in the lymph nodes before traveling
to their final destination, and this is where retinoic acid (in vitamin A)
acts upon two of the three subsets destined for the intestines.
Kim and his team found that retinoic acid activates specific receptors
in the cells that act as homing devices for the intestines.
As the innate immune cells then travel through the circulatory system,
the receptors grab onto and bind to molecules in the intestines
and keep the cells in place, he said.
“It is important that these cells be concentrated in mucosal barrier tissues,
as opposed to scattered throughout the body, because these tissues are
the point of entry for many infections from bacteria, viruses and parasites,”
Kim said. “Now that we have established the system of migration
for these cells, we can play with it a little and see what changes
the behaviour and function of the cells.”
