Need i say more???…..

K2- “killing malassezia with natural food”

I have not found Any Foods, Herbs or Supplements
                 Killing Yeast Directly
or Any immediate Noticeable Change
nor Signs of Steady, Sustainable Changes

I have noticed some marked Differences
in Yeast Activity -in Overall Diet Quality,
such as

1- High or Low Hydrating Quality of Foods
2- Degree of Digestibility  (1)
3- Adequate amount of Fibre

(1) Depending on
a) Type of Ingredients (2)
b) Way of Processing  and Cooking (3)
c) Presence of Nutrients
– most importantly Live Enzymes Retained

              (2) For Foods & Conditions Contributing to Yeast Proliferation                                                              See Related Entries in  Malassezia Daily
             (3) Put Simply… Best if Food is Not Dead!
                  Meathead

Can one Kill what is …already Dead? 🙂

I have noticed Temporary Activity and Reduction
after Cleansing the Colon area
or Applying Acidophilus Topically Externally.

(Due to the encapsulating agents causing me Headaches
i have been unable to take Acidophilus Orally long enough
to adequately observe and assess any Internal
Substantial, Sustained effect.)

Q1- “very tiny black thing comes in urine what is it”

Yep!… good question! what is it?

Q2- “is yeast morfellona”
Morfellona??? …A Medieval witch? … or heroine?…

K1- “the skin on my pubic area feels like its crawling”                                       Any skin, in any area ‘feels like crawling’ when it hears the word

OK, I have a Little Devil in Me and i m heading ‘down’ …fast

Little Dark Devil -MQ

None of the above is a laughing matter – i know first hand
but seeing the funny side of things helps coping with the dreary.

So Let’s get some Help -MQ

Q1- “very tiny black thing comes in urine what is it”
Very hard to tell without viewing the very tiny black thing
and even if visible to the naked eye it would likely require
a Microscope and an Expert to tell.
I would take a Photo if possible, transfer it to the Computer
and Zoom it to see if there are any clues.

Q2- “is yeast morfellona”
May we assume this was typed on an iPhone
and meant to be Morgellons?
Well – No!- Yeast is Not Morgellons
– if one could tell what exactly Morgellons is-
but many symptoms ascribed to it are similar
if not identical to ones produced by Malassezia.

K1- “the skin on my pubic area feels like its crawling”
Crawiling is usually felt when Malassezia develops Hyphae
Often it digs into that place and starts drawing blood
and multiplying – but sometimes it just dries and dies.

K2- “genital sores that are purple and looks like flowers”
Not quite a desired kind of Flower arrangement…Lol!
Yes, it is several Blood Bubbles of incubating Malassezia
forming a Cluster which with an artistic imagination
can look like a Flower but with the potential to develop
open up and turn into Burning Fire…

Quick YES – NO Answers to Readers’ Questions

Quick YES – NO Answers to Readers’ Questions

Malassezia Q & As -MQ
A Brief Addressing of Previously Presented Issues

Q1- “can you get pityrosporum on your lips”
Q2- “crawling sensation around the rim of my lips with bruising”
YES, also on Eyebrows, Eyelashes, Nostrils etc
Basically the Entire Body -not just isolated areas- is its Planet.
Samples collected and viewed under 2 types of Microscopes
Display its Presence in all Different Stages and Characteristics.

Q3- “what causes labia prickling”
Malassezia does
But this does Not Exclude Numerous Other Possible Causes.
Prickling sensation is felt when it starts to Dig into the Skin.
In the Yeast form Temporary Reddening and Pain may follow
with no other symptoms. In the Hyphal Form it creates Lesions
that unless interrupted they remain Active and Reproducing
for approximately four weeks.

Q4- “is scalp yeast infection contagious”
YES, but all depends on the Individual’s Immune System
whether it becomes a problem or not – considering that
Malassezia is Present at All times on All People’s Bodies
but kept under control by a Normal Immune System.

Q5- “is melassezia contagiuos to other dogs”
Q6- “is malassezia contagious between pets”
I cannot answer this question with certainty
I only assume and extrapolate it might be similar to humans
i e Depending on the Animal’s Immunity Strength

Q7- “morgellons symptoms do they include matted hair”
This Question can only be Answered by those
who Name their Symptoms and Condition as ‘Morgellons’.
Morgellons -so far-is Not Medically Recognised
either as a Cause or Condition.
Malassezia causes Matted Hair
I Cut mine Regularly and Keep Short
to minimise Biofilm and Spore presence and accumulation.
I have written several Entries regarding Morgellons’
Possible Misdiagnosis or Connection with Malassezia
and Hair /Scalp Care in MB & MD Blogs

Q8- “why are parts of my vagina purple black”
Malassezia Symptom and Possible Cause
-Not excluding Other possibilities-
as it Burrows under the skin creating Blood Blisters
and drawing Blood for its Reproduction Requirements.

Q9-” is my trich due to Malassezia”
If by ‘Trich’ Reader means Trichotillomania
-What a Confusing term!- 😦
Malassezia is Considered to Cause or Contribute to it
as it causes Burning and Itching and a strong Urge to Pull the Hair
offering a sense of relief, something i experienced strongly
but briefly during a bad stage of Scalp Infestation
so i am only able to verify the Connection
but not to determine the Cause of Trichotillomania
as there have been other causes attributed to it
Of course when one goes to a Specialist with Malassezia
they come out with an ‘Its All in your Head/Nerves etc’ diagnosis
termed ‘Delusional Parasitosis’, so who knows…
Trichotillomania, may be a similar victim of Specialist ignorance
but in this case i might be too in regards to it
as i have not delved into any Scientific explanations about it.
I have written more and included info links about Trich
in the Parent MB and MD Blogs.

Q10-” is demodex slimy”
Q11-“can demodex leave scratch marks on skin”
I am not sure what are these questions specifically referring to
Q10- I am not sure what is the Reader specifically asking
-Slimy as having a Biofilm? – Slimy in itself ? – Slimy mess on Skin?
Demodex is not a Yeast and i don’t know if it creates Biofilm.
Some Photos on the Internet -if correctly diagnosed as Demodex-
indicate a local mass appearing as ‘Fatty’ or Slimy
but i have no personal experience on how it looks or feels.

Q11- Again, is the question referring to the equivalent of
Paper Scratch Marks of Malassezia – or General Scars?
From Internet Photos -if correctly diagnosed as Demodex-
the Bumps and Lesions appear similar
but i have No personal experience.
(More in Related earlies Demodex Entries)

Q12-“what does malasserzia feed on”
I have not found specific information regarding its ‘Food’
I have thought about this question a lot and in connection
with the only Information i have found in regards to it

Malassezia Composition1 MQ

The Purpose of Food /Feeding/Eating is to Build and Sustain a Body
– Specific to each creature. Creature ‘Eats’ – Body ‘Utilises’
If we Interpret the word ‘Uses’ as i have described above
then we can say it Requires these elements and the question then
is shifted to: How Does it Obtain them?
Many of the Questions asked by Readers can be answered
in a Number of Entries –Each dealing with the topic in Different ways
or from Different angles. That is why i have been saying that
if one is truly interested to know and not wanting quick shallow answers
has to devote time to Read through – Not ‘Scan’ through quickly…
This topic especially is one of them and so is the one below.

Q13- “foods that cause malasezzia yeasts”
I am not sure if any foods can ‘cause’ Malassezia
since it is Part of Natural Body Flora
but Some, such as Cooked Indigestible Fats, Refined Sugars, Alcohol
certainly contribute to its proliferation especially in combination with
other factors such as Constipation, Colon Congestion, Poor Fibre intake.
( More in Related Earlier Entries)

Q14-“can malassezia furfur affect the digestive system”
Although i have been Sceptical about its Survival in the Stomach
i have experienced a few incidents when my entire mouth has felt
coated with its specific strong smell and bitter-sour taste of its Biofilm
right down to the oesophagus and to a miserably sick stomach
that holds ‘slimy’ food for hours as if not knowing what to do with it.
As for the rest of the Digestive tract from the small to the large Intestines
and the Final part of the Internal Anal area, it thrives growing hyphae
and Utilising readily available Nutrients.
I don’t know how long or If it eventually survives the stomach juices
but for the rest of the digestive tract there is No Doubt in my mind
that Interferes and Robs, if not even Damaging the walls given a chance.
I have Published Sample Photos under Microscope showing hyphae
and Blood presence. (See Entries in Photo Analysis Category)

Q15- “where does malassezia come from”
Lol!…   An Evil …Stork brings them of course 😀

Stork

It appears the Answer might be:
‘It is Practically Everywhere’

Malasseia Ubiquitous 1

(You Didn’t think all these ‘Typos’ in R-Qs are mine Did you? TOC
Of course Not…  I announce mine especially – I just enjoy the Fun)

I intended ‘Quick YES – NO’ Answers but i found it impossible
due to the nature of some Questions to strictly do so.
I also intended to address only New Keywords or add new elements.
I find though that having already presented many Q Topics

throughout my Primary Blogs, this creates unnecessary extra work
so this is the end of addressing any Q Topic Repetitions.

Migraines and Headaches…

Headache - MQ

            Reader’s Keyword

K1 – “malassezia cause headaches”

Headache-MQ

Malassezia is a ‘Headache’ on its own, so to speak
but as far i can tell it does Not cause headaches directly.

It does Indirectly in different ways:

  • Through accumulation of Chemicals used to fight it
either taken internally or applied externally and absorbed
    via the Skin – having to be processed by the Kidneys;
(Irritated, Inflamed Kidneys => Fluid Retention => Migraines)
  • Lack of Body Hydration ⭐ drives Malassezia to the Kidneys
through the bladder- another cause of irritated Kidneys
    due to Malassezia’s inflammatory chemicals.

I have already written about the Relationship
of Kidney- Back Pain and Kidney- Migraine
both in Malassezia Daily as well as in the present site.
In this Entry i shall write about ways i found helpful
throughout time in relieving the headaches:

Form time to time i get a type of Migraine i have named
‘Lobotomy’ – because the first time it occurred
-some 6 months into Hormone Replacement Therapy-
I exclaimed in Desperation
“Oh my God could someone perform a Lobotomy on me?’
i.e Cut Out the ‘Clamp’ in my Brain.
This type lasts for Three Days no matter what i Do or Not
– and on the third day it goes away on its own accord.
I have not discovered yet Any means of quick cure or relief
despite a Long list of ‘hopeful’ trials and measures
over the years, other than avoiding a List of Causes.
So i shall leave this one aside for ‘If Ever’.

Any other Type, ie, full head, half head, part of head
external ‘peripheral’ or internal as ‘a Nail’ through,
Pressure in Eye/optical nerves, Whooshing Ears, etc
these i find easier and faster to deal with
by applying some or all on a list of measures:

  • Drink either a cupful of Plain Hot Water(+2) or mixed with
Freshly squeezed Orange juice – if waking up with it
  • First and foremost: I Avoid Protein – burdens the Kidneys !
  • Fresh Fruit for Breakfast
  • Continue with Fresh Fruit only- until signs of it retreating
  • If improved, include Light meals without spices, additives etc
    until all entirely clear.
  • TENS Massage applied to Kidney area
(See Notes in Pain Management- Pain Relief (PT1) (2&3)
where Malassezia is to be considered.
  • Vitamin C powder (as Calcium Ascorbate) 1/2 -1 flat teaspoon
once or up to every 4 hours
  • In some cases Hot Food – but Not Fried or Roasted
and Free of Spice, Salt, Pepper, Additives,
as Some of These as well as Synthetic Types of Sugars
contribute or Cause the Headache Presence in the first place.
  • A Hot, Diuretic -Broth like- Soup i make, works wonders
quick and simple and quantities are approximate:
  • Stick of Celery
  • 1/4 cup diced Beetroot- and or leaves or sticks
  • 1/2 -1 diced Zucchini
  • 1-2 chopped Mushroom
  • 3/4 cup Water
(Only fresh Veggies -Totally additives Free )

Beetroot -MQ
Very Low heat until water approaches start of Boil point,
turn off heat – let stand 2-3 minutes, strain broth and enjoy.
Broth will do the Healing – the solids i add
to my …someone else’s dinner 😀

I usually get relief as early as 2-4 hours – or maximum
after a night’s sleep. If this does not work i know i am
In for a Three Day Fresh Fruit or Smoothies only.
TD-FFS Always works Irrespective of Type of headache
even the Three Day Evil one!-but it is by then on its way out.

(Quite a curious phenomenon is that if it does Not go away
by mid of Third day it ‘clocks in’ another Three days!
Not 1 – not 2 – not 4 …ever! Its a … Threesome one, Lol! 😉 )

I have never been keen on Painkillers-except in rare cases
a) Because they Block the Signals
(Body’s language of communicating “I have a Problem” )
b) They Do Not Cure – only mask the Problem
c) They help Perpetuate the True cause, and so
d) Contribute to Building a Chronic condition
by false appearance of problem as solved / gone

If problem persists – the Headache is not the Problem
in fact it usually is Only the Messenger.

There are Tell-Tale Signs of Underlying Problems
(often Chronically Present on some people’s Features
so that after a while they are not noticed by them
or ignored and forgotten altogether and eventually
falsely considered as their Natural state and look
while still noticeable to others – at least initially)
such as:

Ailments N-MQ

1-2 Dark Circles 3-4 Puffy Baggy Eyes 5 Red Blood vessels
6-7 Protruding Veins 8-9-10 Puffiness / Oedema

  • 1-2 Black Circles around the Eyes
  • 3-4 Puffy Eyelids and Bags above and under Eyes
  •     5 Swollen irritated Eye Blood vessels
  • 6-7 Swollen Protruding Blue Veins
  • 8-10 Puffiness / Oedema on other Body areas
such as hands, legs, ankles, feet
  • Lower Back Pain
  • Scanty, Infrequent Urination and so on…

I could write pages on this topic but they would Not be
truly related to Malassezia as cause.
A ‘general health’ Site would be more appropriate
and i have already constructed one ready to go
but i am holding back because i don’t think i can handle
another WordPress Blog with Fake ‘Followers and Likes’
that do Not deserve devoting time to reciprocal Reading
as i am Not the type to deliver Quick Fakes of either.

The Three Malassezia Sites are sought out voluntarily
by either Truly ‘Health Topic’ Interested viewers
or in True Personal Need for Info seekers.
All 3 with scarce Followers and almost Non existent Likes
but more sincere and worthy of devoting my time to-
choosing to visit only sites i truly Like, in my Lunch break.

So i shall Conclude here that at any case, whether
Quick or Lasting, Occasional or Recurrent Headaches,
these helpful measure especially the All Fresh Fruit

                                are

– Harmless and Beneficial to the Body
– Targeting Detoxification
– Flashing and Clearing the Kidneys, and
– Resulting Relief of most Migraines and Headaches.

(Please Note:
These measures provide Relief Without Harm
whether the condition is Temporary or Serious
but they may Not Cure a chronic Serious problem
There are many other causes of various types
of Migraines and Headaches — and Recurrent ones
Require Serious Investigation and Doctors attention
(Good Luck on that department!… )

The reason i Drink plain Water or with Fresh Juice
and do Not include Herbal Teas, as i used to
prior to Identification of Malassezia- is because
a) They are Fermented – Not Suitable for Malassezia
b) They contain Artificial Flavours/Colours of sorts
and may further irritate the Kidneys.

Fruit Reconstituted Concentrates even without sugars
are Not the same as Freshly squeezed Juice
– due to having been subjected to pasteurisation
with resulting loss of their qualities.

Now some readers may be rolling their eyes at thisrolleyes
but think about it: When taking a Painkiller
one does not take it for its Sugars and Flavours
            – just gulp it down and thats it.
Fresh Fruit tastes Delicious and needs Nothing.

I m Right? Of course i m Right! … I m Always Right! 😀1 tongue on cheek

Malassezia Immune bypass - MQ
K1 – “slithering sensations and high temperature”
Despite Laboratory Research finding that Malassezia
bypasses detection by the Immune system as in:

———————    text     ♣     version       ———————
Unlike most pathogenic micro¬-organisms,
which provoke an in¬flam¬matory response in their host
Malassezia slip under the radar of the immune system,
having an immunosuppressive effect.
Malassezia’ s ability to modulate the immune system
may explain how
it is able to grow so successfully on healthy individuals
as a part of the normal skin flora.
 (medscape.com/viewarticle/589255 2)
   ———————               ♣                    ———————

it appears that when there is an Outbreak
the Body somehow Detects its presence and activity
and Raises the Temperature, not necessarily to Fever levels
but by a degree or so above the individual’s normal.
I have also noticed that sometimes it does the opposite…
Drops the Temperature Briefly to near hypothermic levels

Cold 1

usually with accompanying Shivers and Catarrh.
It could be a Response to Malassezia and/or Body
Toxins or Inflammatory Chemical Releases
– i am no expert at that – only an ardent observer
of Frequently Repeated Patterns of my Body Responses
and Supporting Confirmations by my …Thermometer

Thermometer -MQ

Regarding the Keyword above:
and Assuming
a) It is a Malassezia case in regards to the Slithering sensation
b) The High Temperature is in Relation to it
It could be that either
a) Temperature, was caused by Flu, Cold, Infection etc
and set the Yeast in Motion, thus the Slithering sensation, or
b) Yeast –Outbreak– caused the rise in Temperature

Slithering is usually felt in the Genital/Anal/ inner Buttock area
or as warm liquid spreading outwards from these areas
actually being Sticky rather than feeling wet!
This i believe is due to the Early Stage Liquid quality of Biofilm.
It feels and IS Sticky and comes …in Colours!(+)

Black Specks are Entry points where Malassezia Digs in
and starts to draw Blood via Filaments/Hyphae
as part of its Cloning process(+)

Malassezia Bumps with Black Specks 2-MQ

The Specks may be on Bumps created by Malassezia

K4 – “hair matted in sticky scalp scale infection
The ‘Scale’ is formed by either
Dried layers of Biofilm, from where spores are released, or
Solidified stage Malassezia –usually developing Hyphae
and creating ‘burning’ itchy lesions.
Hard to tell which just by brief Keyword Description
and without any other accompanying details.
In any case, Scalp requires thorough Soaking in warm water
followed by brushing to break down Scaling
and remove Sticky Biofilm.
There will be plenty left behind, spores etc
deep in the Hair Follicles which will require time

and repeated treatments(+) and maintenance(+) to relieve area.

“Malassezia Caused Oedema and Bruising – PT3”

Malassezia caused Oedema -Bruising 3-MQ (HTML)
To Read First: Malassezia Caused Oedema and Bruising – PT1”
Malassezia Caused Oedema and Bruising – PT2

So we started the Treatment and what followed was as
astonishing as in some Previous occasions when
Treatment brought Live Creature against Live Creature
locked into Collision and Combat
(One Mighty Helpful – the Other Mighty Evil)

Every evening my Man’s task was to

Apply Acidophilus Mix on each Leg
from below the Knee area right down to my Toes.
Then Cover the Top of each Foot with a Cotton Wad
  soaked through with Acidophilus Mix
Wrap each Big Toe with Cotton Wad
  also soaked through with AMix
Secure with a Long Strip of Cloth or Gauze
Put on a pair of Tight Socks

I had to use some of his old motorcycle boot socks
because my feet were too swollen and painful, near impossible
to squeeze into any pair of mine no matter how old or stretched.

And then came the Test and Verification -the War had started
as i had anticipated – but not the way i had expected it…

Within 2 Minutes from Application, there was Response!
My Legs started to Sting as if bitten by dozens of Wasps
and Jerking with uncontrollable Spasms.
Muscles Pushed and Pulled Repeatedly in Painful Cramps
while the Skin Surface Burned like Acid Fire eating into
the flesh – On and On and On for a Full 15’- 20’ minutes.

This Torture was repeated Night after Night after Night
and for the first Three weeks nothing else happened.
No visible or felt change other than the Painful and
uncomfortable battle between Malassezia and Acidophilus.
Then all suddenly the battle duration started to get shorter
and shorter down to 5 mins and the Swelling to decrease fast.
It took approximately 6 Full Weeks at least with still some
resistant puffy pockets remaining and several persistent
attempts of new batches – dealt and stopped by the A Mix.

Then a Blessed morning …or should i say my Blessed Man
just before departing for wok, lingered and then went
behind my chair and gave me a quick head massage!
And from the next morning onwards he established
a longer head and back massage routine.
Within a few days this started to produce what every other
treatment had failed to the date, i.e miraculous, unbelievable
Fast and Lasting results of Pelvic, Spine and Kidney Recovery
and consequently Pain Relief and a Lazarus resurrection
into walking and wheeling the wheelchair as well as resuming
some of my personal care and even duties.
I could finally raise the armchair footrest and thus my feet
rapidly returning back to their normal Cinderella size.

Lets not get too carries away though…
There is No ‘Forever After’ with Malassezia.
Just a Daily Maintenance Routine achieving and ensuring
minimal presence and activity for 95% of the Body
with reduced chances and miniscule casualties
for the more vulnerable –difficult to access–areas
with the occasional nasty surprises of evil
done during sleep.

And now we come to the Under Skin Bruising
resembling the Blood Vessel Bursting Ones:
I Do bruise easily so i am quite familiar with the look, feel
and duration of the different types depending on the area
of occurrence – and have never attributed any of them
to Malassezia as i had no reason or indication to do so.
This one though, shown in the photo below, which was taken
at a much later stage well in the recovery stages, felt and looked
suspiciously a piece of its work but i had no way of verifying.

Malassezia and Bruising1 -MQ

The widespread drying Orange-Gray Biofilm on the Toes
and Top of the Foot is obvious but there was no other specific
indication that the bruise was created from underneath the skin
by Malassezia invasion. Then i had an idea:
I enlarged the Photo and made it lighter for clearer viewing
and there was waiting a great revelation
-the detail that served as the specific indication.
The very familiar Malassezia Lesion ‘Cheesy Center!’
                                A Triple one!
               (Green arrows in Photo below.)

Malassezia and Bruising2 -MQ

This of course was an extreme situation due to circumstances
both in regards to the Degree of Swelling as well as the Blood Bruise.

Below Two Stages of Swelling Recovery
                            (1- 2) early – 3 later stage.

Malassezia Caused Oedema and Bruising – PT2

Malassezia caused Oedema -Bruising 2-MQ (HTML)
To Read First: “Malassezia Caused Oedema and Bruising – PT1”

Before a following display of unbelievable photos
i must give a brief account of how things got there.
I say brief –as is possible to condense a story
stretched over several months – because i have already
written, also as briefly as can possibly be,
in an earlier Entry in the Malassezia Daily site.

A Triple Home Accident starting with an Unexpected
– to allow Body Cushioning and Support – Cough
caused a Pelvic Muscle Pull and Inflammation
followed by Tripping over a quad Cane i borrowed
as a result of the first incident.
Lost balance and bounced on the wall,
further aggravating the condition,
followed right after by a Slip in the Bath,
rendering me in a Wheelchair with Agonising Pain
and almost total Immobility for several months,
during which i was unable to take care of myself
and apply properly the Daily Maintenance Routine.

I was also unable, due to intensity of Pain, to raise
my Chair’s Footrest to keep my feet off the ground
and minimise Malassezia traffic in the area
at a time that was easier to reach Timbuktu
rather than my feet or anywhere below knee level.

Not wanting to load  my man with additional tasks
than he had already shouldered and believing
i would improve within a week or two and be able
to take care of myself, i watched Malassezia
moving there and establishing itself steadily
building a problem that i could have never anticipated
or imagined possible.
The Photos below hardly need any explanations

Within just over a couple of weeks
Going from a Normal Size feet as this

Malassezia on Feet- MQ

To an enormous size like this!….
( Noting the photos were taken at a later Recovery stage – not at Peak)

Leg and Feet Swelling 1 -MQ

No need to elaborate about Pain Discomfort and Stretched out Skin
They are Obvious yet hard to imagine unless one has been there.
Neither about All efforts and ways trying to Reverse the condition
or Prevent the Progression that did not prove successful in this area
while unable to apply the One i knew for sure would work.
Maybe in a future Entry i may detail success in the other areas
such as Pelvic and Pain relief which involved Product Purchasing.

Here I shall explain how i arrived at certainty
that Puffiness and Swelling were caused by Malassezia
built up under the Skin rather than Kidney /Heart
or resulting Uric acid crystal accumulation
due to the severity of the Pelvic Inflammation
as initially my Man and I thought it to be
-and as the most reasonable explanation:

1- As always, i could feel the beast spreading, burning, itching
crawling and going through all its usual so familiar sensations.

2- There was Redness (Purple arrows below)
and abundant Orange Biofilm spread, (Orange arrows)
on Leg, Foot and Toes, initially sticky light orange
then drying up and turning grayish and flaky

Leg and Feet Swelling2-MQ
3- My Kidneys started to Respond to the Other Treatments
    and Function improved considerably
-assessment supported by many signs such as:
Reduced feeling of Nausea and aversion to drinking water
Improving Appetite
Improving Digestion
Increasing Urine Output
Clearer head (previously dull, hazy and feeling waterlogged)
and General Body Pain and Movements aslo improved,
while Legs and Feet seemed to be going
quite the opposite direction and kept Ballooning up
to Dangerous levels of Skin Stretching, to the point
that despite my resolve not to burden my Man
with more than he was already doing for/ and because of me
i had to ask his help for the Only Treatment capable of success.

I knew by now without doubt, that all the evil result
down my Legs and Feet had nothing to do with
Heart or Kidneys fluid built up. It was All Malassezia!

The final test and Proof to this would be – not only in the result
but in Immediate -IF Any- Response in the area:
I said to my Man – who was still believing and worried
about a Heart and Kidney connection- that if it was so,
neither the Fluid of the Oedema nor if it was Uric Acid
would respond to the application of Acidophilus Mix,
since neither was alive or could be affected
              while  Malassezia would
-as a live organism against another-
and from several previous experiences of results
of Acidophilus and Malassezia confrontations as in
‘Malassezia – Acidophilus Round 2 & The 8 Hour Kill?’
and Malassezia – Vibration and Sound

Malassezia Caused Oedema and Bruising – PT1

Malassezia caused Oedema -Bruising 1-MQ (HTML)

K3- “Malassezia and bruising” – (PT1)

I am not sure if by ‘Bruising’ the Reader means an area on the Body
feeling ‘Bruised’ on touch or Blood vessel type of Bruising.
If the former then Yes! …
Malassezia does cause this sensation when it overcrowds
a particular area, in which case depending on the area

1- It may look puffed up, much like oedema as in first Photo below.

Malassezia caused Swelling -MQ

2- It may look Red and feel burning and sensitive to the touch
like under the Nails, near Cuticles and on Finger tips as Below

Malassezia and Bruising 3 -MQ

Green Arrows show ‘Live Specs’ of Yeast

3- It may look like a Blood vessel-burst Bruise, as Purple circled below

Malassezia caused Swelling 2-MQ

Blood Bruising, under the Skin is not something i had encountered
during the past 5 years other than very small pimple sized ones
where failed to erupt into Lesions. The usual is on Surface
where the skin is corroded and exposed when a Lesion is formed.

All until this -not so recent now- incident and developments

Malassezia and Bruising -MQ

The Story attached to the above photo is coming in Next Entry
with details about events that followed a Triple Accident at home
that took place a number of months back
and what Malassezia did when left uninterrupted
been unable to fully implement Daily Maintenance
in inaccessible, due to pain, areas of my Body.

The Morgellons Confusion

The Morgellons Confusion -MQ
Q1- “mogllon is fungus malezzia”
It appears Morgellons is more widely known
due to general public confusion, than Malassezia is.
The Keyword above and the ones below
will illustrate what i mean by confusion:
Q2- “what is morgellons demodex mites”
Q3- “morgellons lice whats difference
         between lice and morgellons”
Q4- “morgellons candida
Q5- “was medusas hair morgellons” ****
The words in green, indicate creatures in their own right
medically identified and recognised, including Malassezia,
while Morgellons has yet to get there …
I am not refuting its existence but i am not in a position
to accept or reject, other than on personal level
until it is officially done by Medicine.
Q5- “was medusas hair morgellons”
I believe this Keyword refers to my Entry in Malassezia Blog
Malassezia Hyphae: Bloodsucking Medusas
The Reader is in a Malassezia site reading and looking
at a Malassezia Photo yet asks if the Hyphae ( hair)

is … Morgellons!…

Medusa-MQ

 ‘I rest my case!’ 🙂

Q6- can morgellons be mistaken for lice
I would be more inclined to put this question in the Reverse:
Can Lice be mistaken for Morgellons?…
Lice is a Parasite while Morgellons is a bunch of symptoms
created by … ‘something’ either existing and confused as Morgellons
or Something not yet fully or officially identified or recognised.

K1- “treatment for morgellons eye infection”
I wonder if this was a similar case to the ‘Medusas hairs’ entry
Reader intending to reach the Three Blepharitis Entries
Malassezia~Dealing with Chronic Blepharitis (PT1)
It is hard to tell which keywords were entered inside the Site
and which ones were keyed-in in external Search engines.

K2- “morgellons paper cuts”
A classic case of Malassezia mistaken for Morgellons?
I have mentioned in some earlier entries that some people
believing their symptoms are Morgellons while they may in reality
be Malassezia. Paper cuts are a characteristic Malassezia Symptom.

K2- “morgellon’s in intestines”
K3- “morgellons in vagina”
K4- “morgellons hair parasites”
K5- “morgellons lesions on the scalp”
K6- “morgellons lesions on buttocks”
K7- “near infra red morgellons”
K8- “cream of tartar morgellons”
This Entry in Malassezia Daily might be helpful
Morgellons&Demodex Symptoms-Malassezia Solutions

K9-“morgellons and the end of imes”
‘Morgellons and the end of T-imes’
Quite an Interesting Keyword…
I wonder what the Prophet had in mind
– Oops! …i meant the Reader! Lol! 🙂

K10- “mupirocin morgellons”
I am sure this keyword was not meant for any of my Sites
unless the Reader was already in one of them
and inserted the keyword in the Site’s Search area.
I don’t know much about it so i Googled Mupirocin
and this is what i found.

“mupirocin cannot be used for extended periods of time,
or indiscriminately, as resistance does develop
and could, if it becomes widespread,
destroy mupirocin’s value as a treatment for MRSA.
It may also result in overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms.”

One Night with Malassezia

Night with Malassezia -MQ
             K1- “one night with Malassezia”
This Keyword had been used quite some time back.
It appears to have resurfaced again on a frequent basis.
Either the Reader liked my Earlier humorous addressing it
or has been using it as a way to land in the Site
to continue reading on Related to it Entries…
Quite Nice whatever the case! 🙂

For those not familiar with what a Night with Malassezia entails
                            i shall say briefly:

Whoever has a Night with Malassezia, one things is guaranteed;
they wake up in the Morning – IF they have slept at all!-
                             Looking like this:

Night with Malassezia-MQ

Photo Re-Blogged from: Fresh-out-of-the-shower-and-ready-for-another-day

             On a Serious note:

Malassezia being active at Night
becomes one … generous Insomnia Contributor…

Prior to falling asleep, many people,
some knowing they have Malassezia
-and many unsuspecting and yet to discover-
experience Restless Leg Syndrome
– a Sign of Malassezia Congested Colon –
as well as general Restlessness throughout the night.

There is a Two Part dedicated Entry
dealing with Ways to Improving Sleep

Malassezia and Sleepless Nights (PT1) – & (PT2)

I have applied these methods myself for a number of months
and have been enjoying a full 6-7 hours sleep every night
despite bathroom visits, so i guarantee they work
if one is willing to make the necessary changes.

            K2- “Malassezia in Tooth”
If Malassezia attacks the Lips and often the tongue and sides
of the mouth, it is not surprising it spreads on the teeth as well.

Sores on Lips1 -MQ

I remember many years back during a Dentist visit
my mouth was salivating liberally and he said:
“I m guessing you must be eating lots of Sugars”
He was right; back then i was a very young ignorant Sugar addict.
I felt highly embarrassed as if he knew my addiction, which
i was trying to curb with repeatedly failed promises to myself
till the day i had an epiphany that changed my whole Life
but that’s another story for my Defining Pathways Blog…. soon…

This embarrassment served to remember his comment
and in recent times i have often wondered whether it is the
rich saliva and presence of sugars –Only Fresh Fruit these days!-
that attract Malassezia to the mouth. It strongly appears so.
I have also noticed that during periods of colds or flu and high
temperatures when there is a feel of dehydration and dry mouth
that my Teeth look like coated with an Orange Film
(The very familiar Malassezia Sticky Biofilm!)
I have taken recently to brushing my teeth immediately after
having a Fruity meal and noticed a marked difference in its
presence around the mouth, compared with my brushing
a little later in order to enjoy the Fruity taste a bit longer.

I must be clear here: Toothpaste does Not kill Malassezia.
It helps remove some of the Biofilm off the teeth
and washing and rinsing the mouth reduces any sugar presence
which also helps reduce its attraction to the area.

Malassezia – Yeast or Fungous?

Yeast or Fungous -MQ

Q1 – “Difference between Yeast and Malassezia”

Malassezia is Both Yeast and Fungus.
Being too small and imperceptible by the naked eye
it is hard to tell with certainty what the difference is
between its Yeast Form and its Fungal/Hyphal Form
other than what can be seen under Microscope
or the Severity of Symptoms.

Malassezia Smell
This does not mean that the Yeast does not develop Hyphae
as is evident bellow and in the Photos of my own Samples.

Yeast Hyphae
With the Caution in mind that i am not a qualified scientist
– not to mention the fact that Malassezia appears to be a source
of confusion even among the Qualified ones- i will say that
from observation of Both
– My Sample Photos –viewed under Microscope- and
– Severity of Symptoms (Significantly Changed)
it appears that the Yeast forms Smaller Hyphae
and Some of the Symptoms such as the Lesions
are not as Severe or as extensive as in the Fungal form.
This of course could be only my personal experience
based and as a result of treatments and methods i use
and may not be true to other people in regards
to severity of Symptoms, but not sure if this would also
apply to the size of the Hyphae as well.

Q2 – “can malassezia cause odor”

Yes, it has a very characteristic Smell.
Actually i have identified three different ones.
One when in the initial stages of its development
one when it dies Internally – known as ‘Die Off ’–
and one when the Biofilm actually starts to dry and die externally.
The First one is a peculiar Sour type of smell like something
has gone off and not very perceptible to other people.
I also believe it may vary slightly from person to person
depending on their skin, perspiration and personal body smell, etc.
Perhaps this is what Van Abb describes as Fruity
-I m guessing a Researcher with a funny sense of smell –
as it smells nothing anywhere near fruity at all…

Malassezzia Fruity-MQ

The Second one may also be varying depending on individuals’
diet and Internal Canal condition. Lucky not have smelled
anyone else’s but mine is a very characteristic
rotting fishy sewerage …with a ‘freshly… dead’ hint to it.

The Third one is Common To Practically Everyone.
I have smelled it on My Man, Myself and Numerous Strangers
both Men and Women of Different age groups from Teens
to Elderly – many more elderly than the younger groups.

Ash

It smells strongly like Ash left in ashtray for days but without
the cigarette pang – much like dead skin burned to Ashy stage.
Very Pungent …

Q4 –  “can black walnut kill malassezia parasite”

When i first read this question my mind had a spontaneous reply:
‘The black plague cannot kill Malassezia’
Nevertheless i better return to a more sensible civilised mode
and say i have tried black walnut leaves for some time
but… i don’t need to say more do I?…
Anyone who has read carefully though my Bogs would know why.

Malassezia – Internal or External ?

Malassezia Internal or External -MQ
Q1 “is malassezia internal or external”

Malassezia is Both Internal and External
Internal as in the Intestinal Track and Vagina
And External as on Skin, Practically every area on Body

Malassezia in Faecal-Vaginal Samples S-MQ
Photos above show Malassezia in Faecal(1) and Vaginal (2) Samples
                 and Below Malassezia on Fingertips

Malassezia Fungus on Finger Tips 1-MQ

Q1-2  “is malassezia internal or external” (2)
Another way to look at this question is, as
 Is Malassezia Endogenous or Exogenous

Endogenous:
1- having an internal cause or origin
2- growing or originating from within an organism.
 Exogenous:
1- having an external cause or origin.
2- growing or originating from outside an organism

I am not sure if Researchers have established firmly whether
Malassezia is Endogenous or Exogenous or Both.
The Info i have read while researching has been suggesting
exogenous as being airborne, but recently while searching
for something i came across an article referring to it as
‘…therefore indication is, it is Endogenous…”
unfortunately i did not stop to copy that part and not sure
whether it referred to it as generally so or as in a specific case.

Going by my own experience and considering that i cannot see it
or confirm its origin other than its presence in Samples taken
both from internal as well as external areas, and the fact that
it appears to be able to complete its Cycle both Internally
as well as Externally, i strongly believe it is Both!

The One very puzzling -to me- and still unexplained mystery
is its consistent Trips ‘ In and Out’ of the Genital areas
i.e Anal Canal and Vaginal area and the ‘When’ and ‘Why’
and ‘How Many Times’ in the Cycle – as i cannot confirm
if what comes out goes back in –and possibly returns outside
or stays inside – or if what goes inside stays inside
or comes out again and/or back inside…
A Microchip or Distinguishing Biofilm Colour could prove helpful
for tracking it Lol! …but none available to me other the sensation
and proof of what i can Intercept as soon as i sense it in Motion.

Q2 “is malessia yeast alive”

I am guessing the Reader means
Is Malassezia a Live Creature or a Condition/Symptom
such as Allergy , Dermatitis etc – again guessing.
Yes it is Alive as seen under Digital Microscope
and it does cause a host of Conditions /Symptoms including Dermatitis.

Malassezia on Finger Tips 1-MQ

In Photos above Malassezia on Finger tips in motion
moving constantly, changing shapes, separating into smaller
‘puddles’ then regrouping each time into different shapes.
Disappears under the skin then reappears again.
Its density and appearance changes as it matures.

Q3  “do mallassezzia yeast have legs”

Reader very generous on ll‘s, Ss‘s and Zz‘s 🙂
No, it has no legs… but it often develops Hyphae/Filaments
and during that time it often feels like it crawls on the skin
but the sensation is deceptive because at that stage
it is topical, stationary and ready to start digging into the skin
to obtain blood and does not -cannot- crawl anywhere.

Is there Yeast on my Skin?

Malassezia on Skin or Body-MQ
Q1 “how can i tell if there is yeast on my skin”
Q2  “can you have a malassezia infection in your body”
Q3  “malasezia a parasite”

Practically Every Person has Yeast on their Skin and Body
Top to Toe – Internally and Externally
Not Just Malassezia but other types of Yeast as well.

Malassezia Normal Skin Flora 2- MQ
Most, like Malassezia, are part of Natural Body Flora.
Some are Beneficial to the Body but some, like Malassezia
are opportunistic ‘creatures’  and turn into Pathogens
when something goes wrong with the Immune System
caused by Illness, Stress, Antibiotics, X-Rays,
Chronically Poor Diet, Grief or Bad Relationships, Lol!
-ok that was meant to be a joke … but Divorce is real!-
as many other of Life’s circumstances.

So, Malassezia ‘Technically’ is Neither a Parasite
Nor an Infection as such but when it turns into a Pathogen
its Behaviour and Symptoms resulting,
closely resemble either or both!
It can start a chain of  Symptoms in either predominantly
isolated areas or cause general Problems all over the Body
and the Condition can become chronic
– if not dealt effectively in the early stages –
or cause general Problems all over the Body.

Many Symptoms are often puzzling or confused with other
ailments or causes, especially because many people
do not know much -if anything- about Malassezia.
As to how one can tell if they have a Malassezia “Problem/ Infection”
or it simply lives quietly on their skin
can be determined by Symptoms or Ailments if Pathogenic
or signs if its presence is ‘Silent’ and causing no discernible trouble.

Signs of its Presence if not causing any great Problems
can be detected as the occurrence of

– Dry or Cracked Skin
– Dirty, Black looking Nails for no apparent reason,
– Poorly looking Breaking Nails,
– Sensitive, withdrawn, Red Cuticles,
– Red Itchy Eyes,
– Unexplained Cuts on Hands,
– Non healing Sores
– Restless Leg Syndrome,
– General Restlessness – and many more …

I have described and detailed how i have dealt
with most – if not all – its many Pathogenic Manifestations
in great Detail in  Malassezia Blog and Malassezia Daily Sites.

I set for a 10-15 min Wash –depending on quantity and need
and Let Soak for approximately 8 hours in laundry powder.
Then set a Wash for another 10-15 min – and complete Cycle.
I use a half- half Mix of Cold Water Powder and Ordinary.
I assess it as better but  hard to verify so i do it in this way
and do not care too much about it.

K2- “malassezia celsius hot water laundry”

I m guessing the water would have to be Really Hot
well above 45–50 C and remain constant for some time.
But here there is something that needs to be clarified:
——— If one were to use
1- Hot water as the Hot Water Tank can heat
2- Add Washing Powder
3- Soak for a few hours
4- Wash again with Hot water
5- Run through a Hot Cycle in the Dryer
….well…  there is near Nothing that could survive that …
….and that would include Malassezia no doubt.

So the Point we need to Clarify is that
Malassezia caught in such laundry conditions
practically in any of its stages
———————– would Die

                                   But!
The Body Problem will Not go Away.

As long as this part is understood and considered
there is no problem with eliminating as much Yeast
from the …environment as possible  – but…
how much, how often, how long Is Possible?…
We use Clothes, Sheets, Pillow cases, Covers, Towels
Fabric? Armchairs, Curtains, Carpets, Mats, etc. (1)

Not to mention the Electricity Bill which would be
irrelevant If the Results were to be Permanent!

Personally,  i see chasing it this way not only as
never ending but also as Money down the Drain…literally!
I prefer to concentrate on my Body where the Problem is
and use that money to fill my Fridge with Fresh, Quality
Nutritional Foods and a moderate number of Supplements
to Build my Immune System and Restore as much of
previously existing Balance that held Malassezia on check.

A Moderate Improvement in this area can make Life
a lot better than any Laundry Powder or Clothes, Carpets
and Curtain Hot Water/ Steam Cleaning can do. (2)

      Excerpt from: Malassezia Blog (1)

————————– Returning Home
————– after Over $35 Grand in the Red
Finally the Penny Dropped and Enlightenment Dawned

that…

      Production of Malassezia is Internal
Only Part of the Cycle and Symptoms
Manifest on the Outside of the Body
        And  Any External Treatments
       Provide Only Temporary Relief!

(Close Observations from then on and New Discoveries                                        as Detailed in Malassezia Blog
have repeatedly reconfirmed the above finding)

K3- “demodex laundry wool”

I am not sure what exactly the Reader was looking for.
Demodex is a creature that causes similar Symptoms
perhaps the same rules would apply in the Laundry area.
In regards to Wool, if talking about clothes, i reluctantly
avoid it if in close contact with the body or head
– for Malassezia and also Demodex seem to like hair
and one would assume also wool as a natural hair fibre.

K4- “whitening toothpaste morgellons”

I respond to Morgellons Keywords the same as Malassezia
————– for a few good reasons:
1- Morgellons is not Medically recognised as an illness
2- The Cause of Symptoms is also not medically recognised
3- Symptoms described by sufferers of either
Malassezia or Morgellons, are almost identical
4- Many people believe they have Morgellons based on
the Symptoms they experience without being diagnosed
-and a hard case this is, even for Malassezia sufferers.
5- Many people may -or may not-  have Malassezia
                    believing it to be Morgellons,
                therefore i shall proceed saying
———- No Ordinary Whitening Toothpaste
———— has any effect on Mala-gellons...
I have tried several brands -noticed no difference
——— and done the Bucket test as well. (3)

Malassezia and Thirst

Thirst and Malassezia - MQ

K1- “malassezia and thirst”

There are Numerous Malassezia Unrelated causes for Thirst
and should be investigated and taken into consideration
such as consumption of Salt, Preservatives and a Variety of
other condiments, only to name a Few, as well as many
not directly connected to Foods, such as infections, fever
fighting a Cold, or Stress and so on…

I have observed overtime that in my case thirst is often
connected with foods with low water content
– having a general dehydrating effect on the Body
among some other reasons i have referred to above.
I never eat salt or other additives but some foods like nuts
and seeds make me thirsty unless i eat them with fruit.
Hydration is important for the Body and impacts directly
on Malassezia as i have mentioned in detail in Entry (1-2)

Regarding Malassezia, i have noticed two ways where
there is a direct connection with  Thirst:

1- Kidney Attack

Kidneys - MQ

When finding its way up to the Kidneys causes inflammation
and interference with proper processing of fluids.
Presence of  Kidney or Lower Back Pain is a good Indication.
Personal Experience of Kidney Attack – Thirst connection (3)

2- Congested Colon

Transverse Colon - MQ

Constipation and/or Anal Itch is a good indication.

This would be mainly caused by Poor Body Hydration
due to Reasons mentioned above, including affected
Kidney function but Malassezia Highly Colonises in the
Intestinal Canal and appears to be Both Attracted by
and Utilising Fluids in /and from any area of the Body.
Whether and how much Fluid and for What Purpose/s
it does utilise, i have No way of quantify or qualify
but i can say with absolute certainty that Water
especially hot- Internally, sets it in Motion without fail!*
When something goes wrong with internal Body
fluid availability- there is a distinct change in
its behaviour and the way it is affecting the skin. (4)

* Three times a Day i drink a cup of ‘not-too- hot’ water
in between meals – not too soon after the previous meal
and nor too close to the next one either.
Within 10-15 minutes there is unfailing commencement
of Malassezia activity in certain areas-different each day.
This has been a repeated verification of Internal Fluids
and Malassezia close connection and operation.

A Day on Just Plenty of Fresh Fruit can Restore Hydration
Relieve Thirst as well as Promote Bowel Peristaltic.

Pityrosporum Questions

Pityrosporum - MQ

Q1- “how long to kill Pityrosporum”

There is no set time frame that applies to everyone.
————– It depends on
* 1- Individual’s Immune Condition
* 2- Severity and Extent of Problem
* 3- Factors Contributing to the Problem
* 4- Area of manifestation
* 5- Accessibility of area for effective treatment

Arrow -MQ

* 1- Illness, Stress can tax the immune system
* 2- If Periodic or Chronic condition
* 3- Internal or external contributors
causing or aggravating the condition, such as
Illness, Medications, Cosmetics or Hygiene Products
* 4- In one area or in several – internally/externally
* 5- Some areas are inaccessible or treatments not suitable

Malassezia is Not just a Topical External Problem
                       Treating the External
Does Not Solve the Problem Internally

Q2- “does acidophilus help pityrosporum”

Acidophilus Malassezia -MQ

Areas i have found ‘Acidophilus Mix’ (1) helpful
– and by Helpful i mean Clearing, Healing the area
and Preventing to a great degree Re-infestation-
………………………. have been
* Scalp – it took me a Full 8 weeks consistent treatment (2)
* Under Breast
* Pubic and Genital area
* Legs, Feet and Toes
and generally any area it can be applied on
with only exception the eyelash area.
because the Yeast moves quickly into the eyes

Seawater also has a strong Healing and Deterring effect
and suitable for the eyelash area but does not kill

Rocky Beach SR- MQ

Any Treatment Applied – Natural or Chemical
              Not killing Malassezia on Impact
                      May Cause it to Re-locate
                          In a Different Area

such as….

K1- “pityrosporum penis”

Did not know it had one!
…………. Supposed to be only Cloning Sisters,  🙂
Ok, my mischievous joking aside, the same as above
applies to whatever area the little devil harasses. (1)(3)

Private Sensations

Private Sensations -MQ

  Warning! Adult Content Keywords

Malassezia Private Sensations

The Genital area is the Most Difficult one to Treat
and Maintain Clear and Free of …Casualties
because it is an Area that Provides in abundance
Most if not All of Malassezia’s  Needs
————– such as

1 * Warmth
2 * Humidity
3 * Hair Follicles
4 * Easy access to Blood (sensitive vulnerable flesh)
5 * Elements for Growth and Multiplication

It is also a thoroughfare of Traffic Into and Out Of
the Internal Areas from where it Emerges and /or Returns
in an unstoppable, impossible to inhibit, persistent
and consistent way at some Stage/s of its Cycle
much like –as if it is – its natural basis, i.e … Home!

         Bumps and Blisters

K1- “black bumps on my vagina”
K2- “purple blisters on labia”
K3- “vaginal bump with black spot”
K4- “vagina blood blisters”
K5- “blister on vagina lip”
K6- “black vaginal sores on black skin”
Not sure what is meant by Black skin. I assume perhaps
there is some Bruising in the area due to the attack.

             Papercuts

K7- “unexplained cuts in vagina and blood ever where”
K8- “cut on labia”
K9- “itchy vagina with cuts”
K10- “paper cuts on vulva”
K11- “open sores in the labial majora”
K12- “sore on top of vagina”
K13- “Herpes vaginal paper cut”

K16- “sore penile shaft skin”

K22- “blue cyst on private area”
K23- “blisters pubic area”
K24- “blood blisters on genital area”
K25- “bump full of blood around genitals”

Generally All Symptoms described above
are Manifestations of different stages of the Cycle
of Malassezia in either its Yeast or Fungal form.

They are, invariably, Painful and Uncomfortable
and as i mentioned above impossible to treat
in a long lasting way or especially stop the Traffic.

There are some benefits that Can be achieved though
———————–  such as
* Minimise Inward ( Return??…) Traffic
* Deter Malassezia ‘Settling’ in the area
and create Bumps, Blisters, Cuts and Lesions.
* Promote Faster Healing  if/where created a problem
* Immediate Soothing of Itch, Burn and Pain

K26- “wet labia”
One may be excused if they think this keyword belonged
to a different …site… but after due consideration
i accept it in good faith because
a) It is a genuine Symptom and
b) It is the same one as in the Keyword below

K27- “sticky substance on hand gritty feeling
Yes, this is Malassezia in transit in its Sticky Biofilm (1)

All of the Above Symptoms and Stages can be Treated
– Preferably as Soon as any Sensations are Felt –
with Washing and Scrubbing the area well
-painful as this might be, in order to Dislodge and get Rid
of any Spores, Hyphae or Cloning Sisters present-
with an old Harsh Face Cloth  and Plain Warm Tap Water
without any Soaps or other Antibacterial Items.
Drying well  again, Scrubbing rather than pat drying
and Applying Acidophilus Mix (2) to Kill, Heal or Deter
initially several times daily – or as often as after visiting
the Bathroom – tapering progressively to 2 x Daily
and Preventively at Bedtime, once symptoms subside.

This Keyword below though, certainly landed in the wrong site
            K28- “admirer of hairless vulvas”
I m sure the Reader must have lost some of their initial
…enthusiastic admiration of their …hairless subject 🙂
